Hi. I'm planning to remove mail/mail-notification from the tree. It's been unmaintained for years and prevents other ports from being updated. Unless anyone strongly objects very soon, I'll move it to the attic. The other solution would be to take some patches from Fedora but they are huge because we would need support for gtk3, evolution3, gmime26... and I don't really want to deal with a maintainance nightmare.
