Another outdated haskell tool. The old homepage (http://www.cs.york.ac.uk/fp/hmake/) points to http://haskell.org/hmake, which doesn't exist any longer (the Haskell folks just didn't copy it over when moving to a new server, and the upstream developer obviously didn't care).
While I could mirror the distfile, it doesn't build any longer with
ghc-7.0.3, and I doubt it's of much use with nhc98.
So I'd like to remove it.
