Hi ports,

slbd is a server load balancing daemon which is privilege separated and
uses the same 3-process architecture than bgpd, ospfd and friends.

It comes with a utility slbctl that can be used to bring hosts, tables
or services down administratively (for maintenance reasons for
instance).

Its feature-set is limited right now but will be extended.
We are starting to put it under stress at work but I thought I'd make it
available here too in case someone needs such a tool.

This was developped with -current on i386 and runs on i386/amd64
machines right now. If it works for us and I get reports of
it working for other people, I'll make a port out of it I'm waiting to
find out if there are issues to fix first.
