He had been involved in the negotiation of multi-million dollar projects. He had his practical cost estimating experience with a British company in England. Mr. Ang also had been very active with various professional bodies and a member of the American Society of Cost Engineers, and Institute of Engineers (USA). He had conducted seminar programmes/ workshops in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Shanghai (China).
