Tickets went on sale today for Lyle Lovett at this great old 1200-seat auditorium in Des Moines. The show's Friday, May 7, and would be well-worth driving in from several hours away. The hall has great sight lines and acoustics, and I've already mentioned how quiet we repressed Methodist Iowans are. <g> It would be a great place to make a tape. . .
