Dear list,
I found that when a sasl user passed the authentication, it can send email with
any sender address, not only the sasl user itself.
This may cause our mailsystem to be abused.
How can I setup postfix to stop this behavior?
Thanks in advance.
It’s via HTTP API to post messages to gateway which then relay messages out to
internet.
Thanks.

dear list,
I am using postfix as mail relay which is deployed on gateway for internal
users.
This relay send mail out only, doesn't accept messages.
My question is, do I need to make the relay server port 25 listened on 0.0.0.0?
or just 127.0.0.1 should work?
Thanks
dear list,
when secondary MX server forwards messages to primary MX, how can I setup SPF
policy to make them not breaking SPF?
Thanks
Thank you very much for all the helps.
So I changed it to:
smtpd_recipient_restrictions =
permit_mynetworks,
permit_sasl_authenticated,
reject_unauth_destination,
check_policy_service unix:private/policyd-spf,
reject_rbl_client zen.spamhaus.org,
reject_rbl_client
Dear List,
I have enabled policyd-spf in postfix:
smtpd_recipient_restrictions = permit_mynetworks, permit_sasl_authenticated,
reject_unauth_destination, check_policy_service unix:private/policyd-spf
but can you help that, when a SPF check fails, where should I setup the reject
action?
dear list,
Currently I have these rbl settings in main.cf:
smtpd_client_restrictions = permit_mynetworks,
permit_sasl_authenticated,
reject_unauth_destination,
reject_rbl_client zen.spamhaus.org,
reject_rbl_client bl.spamcop.net,
permit

dear users,
I updated these two file:
virtual_alias_domains
virtual_alias_maps
and run postmap on the second.
Do i need to run "service postfix reload" for this change?
Thanks.
