efficient in a batch way.
You could use grass and the topological export.

srid. I'd like to know if i should transform their geom in a meter srid ( like
3857). Should it be faster for the 'toTopoGeom()' function to work with
geometry in 4326 or in 3857 srid?

precision on linear or surface measure.
