I just installed 8.1 on my 520C and hooked it up to a stylewriter II printer. When I try to print it says serial port in use by another application. I tried switching appletalk over to ethernet because I thought that might be the problem, but it gives me an error when doing that. Any ideas? Tom

i think that this problem is caused by the way the passive display works. i remember on my pb100 that if you set the portable control panel to never sleep, it will warn you that the longer you leave it on, the worse your screen will get, and you will have to leave it in sleep for a LONG time
