Keep an eye on eBay and ask on the LEM Swap list. I picked up a pair of 24 Meg modules for one of my 1400s for about $40 and a single 48 Meg for my other 1400 (I needed the single module for my Newertech Video card) for about $50. Sometimes the prices are high, other times you can get a good deal.
