Installing Ethertech PB 10

I am trying to install a EtherTech PB 10 on my Powerbook 1400 and am having troubles. It says that there is no recognizable Ethernet card on the system. I installed the card first then the driver. Does any body know how to do this? Does anybody have a PDF of the instruction manual? Thank you Jim D
