Yeah, I know all about the pain... I'm astro_rob! After opening it up again (and I've got to tell you, the folks at Apple should have made all PBs this easy to access), I can't help but notice a slight film under the caps, with considerable pooling under one. Pretty sure I've isolated the problem.
