My PowerBook has System 7.5.5 installed. Yesterday I used the 7.5.3 custom uninstall to remove Apple CD Audio Player. I've uninstalled individual components before with no trouble, but this time was different. I clicked quit to exit the installer when it was done, and it sat for a few minutes, and

So does that mean that web browser history caching, etc. is also drawing down write cycles on a CF card? Thanks for the tip on RAMDoubler! Hey where can I get this software? Connectix appears to be defunct. Anyone have a copy of v. 8 or 9 for sale (needs to be at least OS 8.6 compatible)?
