Hello I have a 64Mb CompactFlash card in my PB1400 formated as a Mac-disk, I use it as a RAM-disk for my Weather-station reading and data store. Bengt, Sweden Forgive me if this is a rehash but someone theorized that the 1400's memory could be expanded using a PCMCIA adapter

I have had the same thing on my G3 desktop running 8.6, I had to replace the Systemfolder with a backup, I didn´t find out what was doing it, could be QT update. Bengt I put 8.1 on 3 powerbooks and desktop pictures won't load at all- the new picture loads on desktop for maybe 1 second
