Hey guys, something wierd happened to my Powerbook
5300c today. Well, the 5300 was just siting on the
floor off with nothing connected to it besides a
battery which was dead in the battery bay. So i'm
watching tv and I hear a loud staticy sound! I run
over to the 5300, took out the battery and pressed the
reset button, the sound stopped. I then booted up from
the AC to make sure everything was ok and it was. What
happened? Am I not suppose to leave a dead battery in
the bay? I am new to the Powerbook. Thanks, Gary [EMAIL PROTECTED]
