How to connect a powerbook 5300c to the internet via a cell phone

I have a powerbook 5300c, OS8.6 64mg ram. The cell phone is a motorola V120t. According to the phone manual it can be used to connect a laptop to the internet. What is the best way for me to do this? I saw an article about it a few weeks ago but didn't save it at the time. Thanks in advance,
