I used 8.6 on my 1400c /133 w/32megs + Ram Doubler... it was still a slug.
Dropped back to 8.1.It runs just fine! Just my input..Crabazoid

Basicallywhat REA covers are the egregious manufacturing flaws the
190/5300's suffered from : a worthless AC-Power socket on the Mobo (they just
replace the whole board), and the legendarily unstable plastics on the case
and screen-bezels. I've sent 17 PB's of this type (190's 5300's)
