I have a 1400c/117, running OS9.1 that all of a sudden won't shut down.
Won't shut down, meaning stays powered up and does nothing, or stays powered
up and functional (just ignoring the option), or powers down and then
immediately restarts?
Have you tried resetting the Power Manager?

Sorry I didn't make myself clear. I meant that the computer shuts down and
immediately restarts on its own. I can't seem to do anything about it. I
tried removing the NIC and that didn't help.
