Hi Donna, Type 2 errors typically mean one of two things:
Extension conflict or Out of RAM Try restarting your machine with the extensions off (hold down the shift key until it says "Welcome to Macintosh. Extensions off.") Do what you did before. If there's no problem, you'll have to try to figure out what caused the problem. It seems you know about allocating more memory to AW... you can try setting it to something obscene (like 200,000K) and try what you were doing before.
