Thanks for the info... is there any way to be sure if it's a logic board problem? what does this mean? do I have to get a new one? how do I do this? My only experience with the inside of my PB has been to upgrade the RAM and change the PRAM battery... I really have no idea about anything else...

Sorry to say, but based on my previous experience, the fact that your battery is not charging means there is probably a logic board issue...unless of course it is a completely dead battery, but still, you have the date and time issue... Lion batteries last longer and do not suffer from memory effe

Hi everybody, I have 2 questions: 1. I changed the PRAM battery in my 3400c and nothing changed, the date is always wrong when I start up my PB after only a day or two. The main battery doesn't charge so I cannot startup the PB without the AC connected. I reset the PRAM (with the switch in the b
