Hi, I use the same modem/ethernet card in my 5300. The name of the software I used was "GV PC Card 3.0.2 Update.sea" and I had no previous GV software on this laptop to my knowledge; the previous lister that said the "update" was a full installer must have been correct. xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo
