I am biting the bullet on the iPods and today am ordering 2 new ones via 
Small Dog. I have had a couple of conversations with Emily at Small Dog 
and she has been very patient and helpful.

Hopefully by the time this billing comes through, I will have a refund 
from Costco for the bad one. I will ask Brendon to do some "honey do" 
things here around this house to work off the replacement for the stolen 
one.

Yes Messieurs Hewlett and Packard are spinning to the core of the Earth 
with the shenanigans going on under their names.
