Update: PB 1400 CDROM question

Hi, I have found the bad part on the PB 1400 12x CDROM drive, Model M3628. The wierd black plastic hook that operates the eject mechanism was broken in half during the fall and it won't glue back together. Does anyone have a bad mechanism or have the part for this? I can provide pics if necces

I have a 12x CDROM Apple Model M3628(TEAC CD211E) from a PB 1400c/166. The drive suffered damage when the laptop fell off a table. (PB is fine). The faceplate tray and laser are fine, but the locking mechanism plastics (the thing that locks the tray in during cd operation) has broken loose and
