since mce has been kind enough to state the output voltage and current (something
apple kept a mystery to make things difficult), you could probably get the same thing
for half the mce price from digikey.com assuming you can determine the size of the
adapter (it's in mm, but with a good ruler,

The AC Power Adapter/Charger for my PB 1400c apparently just
bit the dust somewhere between home and church. It was
working fine at home, dead at the church, no bangs or anything.
I need another one ASAP, but it came as a surprise. It's a
model M4896, but I understand ones for DUOs
