I'm pretty happy with my Sonnett upgrade.
Of course, I'm using a 133 machine, but the upgrade was painless and has
worked flawlessly.

I upgraded a PB1400cs/133 with a Sonnet 400/1mb. It

My 1400 has been pretty successful since I installed OS 9.1
I have a high end audio program (Propellerhead's Reason) in it that is
causing problems, but regular stuff seems to work just fine. You've got a
bottleneck in the bus "doodad" (I'm not a computer innerds guy.) AppleWorks
and Jpeg Viewer

pointing out the problems being brought up on various web sites about
the 1400 and their card, I asked if this problem has been resolved. I
wonder if I will get an answer.
No happy G3 1400 upgraders out there
