So far as I know it is the base model, 180 MHz with the 1.2 Gb HDD. It has 32 MB installed memory but I plan to max out the memory as soon as I get it. What I don't know is what OS it will have already installed. These things came originally with OS7.6. I want to install 8.5 and then update that to 8.6 'cause I have an install CD for 8.5 which should work. I have bad phone line connections here so will try to use the 3400's ethernet and connect using internet cable just like I have for my other PB (Pismo). Is it the right flavor of ethernet for this?
