Thanks Tim But I'm afraid the unit it toast About a month ago I goofed forgetting the battery wasn't in place I pulled the AC cord while the 3400 was running. Doing this fried something. I thought maybe the power supply board and got a new one but no go its still quite dead. Thanks anyway Gary

Gary, As long as you don't use the machine in SSCI disk mode drive size is no problem, if you use SSCI disk mode with a drive size over 3 GB your data may get corrupted, This is a known problem with no work around, it's in the firmware stored on the ROM. Roger Gary E Davis wrote: Hey all
