I have a question that is not related to my 520.
I bought a used 7200/120 and when I boot it up I get a
sound like a pane of glass being smashed? The os won't
load, does anyone know what this is or what the next
step is?

It's the updated chimes of doom. First
Wasn't smashing glass one of the system sound choices along with the boing
and others?

Not at the point he's talking about. At power on, any
sound that is generated, e.g., chime, is coming from
ROM. Ain't no user choices at the ROM level. Would be
nice though . . .
