Charles, When I had 8.6 on my 3400, I installed it from a Wallstreet Restore CD... Pretty much just like you've done from the Lombard's. THe only thing I had to add was the 3400 Modem/Ethernet extension. Why don;t you disable or uninstall Conflict Catcher and see if the operation is successfu
