Limit of 200 messages

This happened once before and again today. I got the message smtp mac.com Class='NetP', what=100, err = 0 5.0.0 You have exceeded 200 messages today. Try again after midnight PST. Before I asked mac.com if this was their limit and they said no. Now I wonder if it is something that PowerMail

Program suddenly slow and search in Address Book missing addresses
