sure you only have 1 copy? because with the download of PM 5 you got
another copy of it...

a) make sure you only have 1 instance of SpamSieve on your drive
b) delete all spam filters in version 5 of PM
c) go through the setup in setup > spam filter assistant
d) go to filter window and tweak (e.g. put filter further down in list or so)
e) go to menu - preferences - mark as spam and tweak
I used the last PM5 beta version for a while in a folder on the desktop,
instead of the application folder. Then I replaced the beta with v. 5.0,
and I input my own reg. number. Up to then everything worked properly
with SpamSieve (which I had bought separately, long ago).

It's a Mac OS X bug that can happen, depending of the length of the
button titles... You can temporarily switch the system language to
english and relaunch PowerMail to customize the too

I got my version 5 key today. I was really excited about the new features
I read in the release notes, so I quickly made a backup of my PowerMail
files. Dropped my PM Key onto the new application and was glad that my
old stuff was updated very speedily.
But, I've noticed a major problem with the

I've got a seperate e-mail account under another user on my Mac.
Powermail 5 displays the toolbar icons correctly under the first account
but they've all disappeared, except for the Reply, Forward and Redirect
