I like the idea of 'folders' within the list of mail filters. I am
currently somehow mimicking this - I have built dummy filters that do not
do anything and have a name like "===all person related filters
below===", "=== all project related filters below ===" and so forth. Thus
I at least can see

Yes, the mail filters are a mess to sort through, but here are my
suggestions to make things more manageable...
Folders - With a limit of 16 entries per filter, a contact list

1) As now, in "work through" order
