2GB limit issue in 5.5?

Hi all, hoping someone might have an answer to this that I couldn't find with a quick search. The issue is that I am getting the warning in powermail about it's 2GB database size limit. However, the database it's warning me about is only 10.3MB. This only started happening after the upgrade to 5.
