although there are no new or unread messages on the server, my inbox
stays bold. what is the reason?
and another thing: is it possible to have filters under the
IMAP protocol?
thanks. olli.
i recently had to switch from POP to IMAP and found powermail extremely
pathetic in handling the latter protocol. there are too many things that
are faulty and counterintuitive as to mention here -- even Eudora does a
far far better job at this.
anyway: is there a way to use filters with IMA
hello: i prefer plain text in emails. however, sometimes i receive HTML
coded emails. when i hit response in these cases, nothing gets quoted in
the response message -- i have to do that by hand by having the original
message redisplayed as plain and then copy-paste the stuff i'd like to
put in
hi: i do like this window "recent mail". however: is there any way to
change powermail's definition of "recent" -- i would like to only see
mail 1 day old or so. BTW: what is considered "recent" by powermail?"
thanks! olli.
PS: i am running powermail (v. 4.1.2. carbon) for OSX.
hi: i just bought powermail for OSX because mail.app and eudora are too
slow, while entourage is delivered by the evil empire.
there is one big problem at the moment: how can i transfer messages
from one mailbox to another? do i need to create a filter for this???
best, olli.
