Tab key
because otherwise there is no selection.
Next type the first few characters thatmatch the name of the desired
folder, e.g. for Special Shiny folder

Just thought of something which would be useful: assignable hot keys
that would switch certain folders in to view.
For example, my folder list is so long that I have to scroll it in order
to get access to the In Tray and then the Trash (and vice versa).
