Good point. Tried that, but although having administrator privileges, PM was showing the same error. So just changing her rights doesn't seem to work... Try giving your wife's user account administrator privileges temporarily and see if everything works fine then. If so, you haven't yet

Hi there, I've send this question to the PM support couple of weeks ago, but haven't received any response yet: I have a strange problem I'm not able to solve: I have installed PM 5.01 on our brand new FamilyMac G5 dual 1.8 which replaced our aging beige G3. The accounts were transferred to the
