Mail.APP has a built in spam filter. Costs nothing does a good job and is supported by Apple. I especially like the feature in Mail.APP that allows me to bounce an EMail back to its sender. Granted though most spam is from a phony address.

Further to my message yesterday I can confirm that for some reason the messages are not being passed to SpamSieve. I just down loaded 231 messages and only two of those were passed to SS, the rest, many of which were spam went straight to my In tray. Can someone explain why this is happening pleas

I installed the new 4.2 public beta over the weekend. Since doing so, my registered copy of SpamSieve has stopped automatically shunting spam to the Spam folder in PowerMail. I have reinstalled SpamSieve, and the manual "Add Spam" script works fine. Just not the automated spam filter. Has anyon
