Chemistry Technicians would survey the items (smear and dose rate). As long as
there is no contamination and dose rates are <2mr/hr @ 30 cm, they would
transport the samples in an approved sample carrier from one RCA to another RCA
or Radioactive Material

2. We use a process to control access to our owner control area called a
'green card' to document the radiopharmaceutical. No survey documentation in
the traditional sense (VSDV or RADS)
3. Yes, by name
1) We use a Passive monitor, Pull their DLR (restricted from the RCA)
until they do not alarm the Monitors
2) They get a card until they can pass thru the monitors at the exits to
the protected area
3) They complete a form/document with personal identification information.
