We plan to conduct a Shell Recruitment Day (SRD) on August / September and for that we are now collecting applications. SRD is our chance to see you in action in a variety of different work scenarios, allowing us to assess the extent to which you demonstrate the elements of Capacity, Achievement and Relationships we're looking for. You will be joined on the SRD by up to 6 other candidates and 4 assessors. You must remember however that the day is not about competing with other candidates. We'll be observing individual performances, not looking for winners and losers. Lasting for eight hours, including time for lunch, refreshment breaks and preparation, the day is split into three key exercises: 1. Case Study 2. Group Discussion 3.
