PROBLEM SOLVED I used Windows Anytime Upgrade to upgrade the Win7 Home Premium 32-bit system to Win7 PRO 32-bit, un-registered the OCX control, re-registered it, ran my EXE locally, and loaded all 23,000 SKUs in under 1/2 second. I think it's pretty obvious: There is a system function call
