If it is just an outline of the form. The form is set as dockable.
If it is leaving an image of itself behind, what it is being moved above has
a lockscreen = .T. set on it.

It's definitely not a LockScreen problem. No third-party or ActiveX controls.
If it is driver related I would have to go through IT. I'll test on another PC
