A friend of my wife dropped off an older HP desktop over the weekend. She
told me her husband clicked on the attachment of an email a delivery notice
from UPS - not once but twice. (duh!) Then they tried to fix the problem
themselves, and probably made it worse. The system is trashed, I backe
