My magic jack arrived in the mail yesterday. So far
so good.

1. You get a choice of a number from a nearby town,
but you may not get a phone number in your local town.
This isn't a problem for me.

2. The calling screen is minimizable, so you can talk
on the phone and work on the computer at the same
time.

3. The voice quality has been excellent, but I have
only tried it on the weekend and not during peak
business hours.

4. You can use a telephone or you can use a headset
plugged into the computer.

5. Voice mails show up as emails with .wav
attachments.

6. Setup is easy.

7. I'll be able to lower my cell phone minutes now
since I don't have a home phone anyway.

8. This is great for travelers who can connect to a
broadband connection at their hotel.
