Google it - Foxite, FoxWiki etc have plenty - also iirc there was a Report Listener for this written by [lady's name eludes me]. I used *GhostScript *years ago, it worked but the screen fonts were rubbish (you could use Windows fonts for printing, but I was using it for ad-hoc on-screen
