Well, last night I thought I would take a look at Vista (RC1) and I was immediately struck by the fact that in one screen where i have a commandgroup with 10 command buttons, THREE of them had a strange color effect. Upon examination, these 3 had ToolTipTexts. I haven't confirmed yet that this is
