Certainly, there's an abandonware (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abandonware) issue. MS has officially ended whatever support they provided for VFP. They don't want the liability of supporting it, they want everyone to code in DotNet and move their apps to "the cloud." "Obtaining" the installer
