Malcolm,
64Bit Windows 2K3 here with 16Gb ram running Virtuozzo virtualization
software supporting 10 virtual servers. No problems for 6 months apart from
having to ditch Symantec anti Virus which slowed the machine to a crawl and
replace it with Sophos which is excellent..

Subject: [NF] Anyone running 64-bit versions of Windows Server 2003/2008
orUbuntu LTS 8?

Anyone running *64-bit* versions of Windows Server 2003 or
Windows Server 2008 or Ubuntu 8.x LTS?
I'm curious if you've had any problems with device drivers or
application software or if you noticed any difference in
performance (good or bad) for certain types of applications.
Also curious how your environment is configured - CPU (AMD/Intel,
cores) and amount of RAM?
Appreciate any surprises, warnings, tips you want to share.
Thanks,
Malcolm
