I'm mainly looking for something so that I can advertise support in san
Antonio and Austin and when they have a problem, connect to their pc and fix
it so they don't have to wait 2 hours for me to drive there.

That way I'm THE service guy to go too and we're all happy...

Most of them are computer illiterate and so I need something where they can
look at my web page, click on the button and then somehow it lets me connect
to their pc without them having to do anything.

I've use logmein for connecting back to my own computer.
It is very good at that.
However I've had hassles setting it up on my own machine.
Well worth getting set up on your own machine.
I use it on my hols (vacation) to service my clients.

Your question was to do with being able to take over CLIENT machines. 
With the hassles I have had I do not recommend logmein for that.
It does not require you to set up open ports etc on your router, so that 
side is a lot easier.
