I connect with oauth to a couple of things. The web service the user has an account with might have 2-factor turned on, but my app doesn't see or handle any of that. I don't do that for logging in to our app. Nor do I have 2-factor authentication for the app.
So, when you ask about that, what do you mean to use it for?
