Significant experience in Data Architecture and development.  Experienced
in the following technologies:

•Hadoop

•Data Warehouse

•Data integration/extraction

•MarkLogic

•Talend

•Agile methodologies



Overall responsibilities would include tasks such as the following;



Member of the Architect team establishing the data platform that would
enable market growth by centralizing, common data intake, cleansing, and
enrichment processing to provide a single source of standard data for
corporate and commercial data consumers.



Responsibilities:

•Analyze & provide solutions for key business initiatives ensuring
alignment with future state analytics architecture.

•Engage constructively with project teams to support project objectives
through the application.

•Develop and validate that the proposed technical solution architecture
supports the stated & implied business requirements of the project.

•Review technical team deliverable for compliance with architecture
standards and guidelines.

•Adopt innovative architectural approaches to leverage in-house data
integration capabilities consistent with architectural goals of the
enterprise.

•Design & develop various log processing with Splunk.

•Design & develop data pipelines using Sqoop, Flume, Pig, CDC, sftp to
collect customer call data into HDFS, Hive & Hbase for analysis.

•Design & develop ETL/ELT strategy for data ingest into Hadoop ecosystems.

•Define the job flow sequence and developed UNIX shell scripts to automate
the execution of hive and pig scripts.

•Defined Oozie workflow to run DAGs of various Hive and Pig jobs which run
freely with time and data availability.

•Develop data load & retrieval solution/procedure on
structured/semi-structured data using HDFS, Pig, Hive, HBase & Spark.

•Design & develop Hive tables, External tables, dynamic partitions and
load/unload data to analyze using HQL, PigLatin
