*Title: Programmer/Developer* *Location: Phoenix, AZ* *duration: 5-6 months contract* *Rate: $50-$55/hr c2c* *Only Locals* *GENERAL SUMMARY: * Provides expert technical skills to projects dealing with one or more highly specialized applications of system analysis and programming. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives. Prepares detailed specification from which programs will be written. Responsible for program design, coding, testing debugging and documentation. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming. Responsible for multiple phases of a project including but not limited to instructing, directing and checking the work of other application systems analysts and programming personnel. *Need someone who has:* 1) Front and Backend app dev experience (cradle to grave development experience as well in a lead type of position; not just working on a team and assisting in the development) 2) experience with gathering requirements 3) extensive database knowledge (oracle and some access) *QUALIFICATIONS:* 1. Experience in Oracle environment and utilizing advance SQL skills (PL/SQL & T-SQL) (3 – 5 years of experience) 2. Experience in MS Visual Studio (C#) (2 + years of experience) 3. Thorough understanding of relational database models 4. Ability to leverage existing technology/constraints to maximize performance 5. Experience in developing full advanced applications from requirements gathering to testing and debugging required 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, gathering requirements from users. 7. Ability to communicate effectively with users at various levels of database competency in a business-centric rather than techno-centric environment. 8.
